Clients might miss to renew their account on time – but don’t worry! In case of a non-renewal of your account, it will be suspended, but not deleted. We will keep its content for 1 day and within this period you can easily renew and get it up and running again. If you have a VPS or Dedicated server, the content will be kept for 2 days and you need to renew within this timeframe.
We cannot guarantee preserving of the content and setting of your account after the grace period for your service.
