As all our services go, we also wanted to make the renewal process as fast and effortless for our customers. This includes being flexible to all types of scenarios concerning this process. We are aware that some clients need to wait until the last minute to decide if the hosting package fits their needs or they have enough finances to continue using and then there are some that don’t want to risk any possible downtimes for being late and prefer to renew before the due date of their account.
Renewal payments always take into account your account’s current expiration date. Even if you renew in advance, you do not lose any days of hosting. For example, if your renewal is due on March 05, 2014 and you renew your account on February 14, 2016 for 1 year, your new expiration date will be March 05, 2017.
Note: All renewal payments are irreversible, please beware of the period you renew for.
