The File Manager is one of the sections you will most often need to use in your cPanel. Managing and tweaking all your files and folders, creating new ones and editing existing ones, renaming and moving. you can do tons of action there. Here is an example of its ease of use when it comes to New Folder creation:
Proceed to your account’s cPanel -> File Manager.
Select the folder which you wish this new file to be created in from the left sidebar. The main folder of your account is called Public_html.
Click the New Folder icon on the top left.
Enter a Name for the new folder and hit Create New Folder.
