How to create a custom php.ini file from cPanel?

One of your most important configuration files is the php.ini file. It deals with the configs for running applications under PHP. Its widely used for controlling upload size, resource limits and file timeouts. But where can you find it and ultimately alter it to reflect your settings?

Log into your cPanel -> File Manager, create a file called php.ini and that is it!
