How to manage A or CNAME records?

In case you wish to change the A or CNAME record of a domain pointed to us, you can do that from your cPanel > Zone Editor. Select the domain in question, then click on the Edit option next to the record you need to change.

If instead of changing, you need to add more A or CNAME records, then log into your cPanel > Zone Editor. In the Name field you need to type what the record should be called. For A record, type the IP in the Address field and for CNAME – the destination domain in the CNAME field.

As with every domain name change, you need to allow up to 48 hours for the new settings to take full effect.

Note: If you wish to change, add or delete records, please make sure you have clear idea of what you are doing, as well as the correct settings. Wrong records may result in the site being inaccessible.

Should you experience any difficulties you can always contact our 24/7 Support Team who will gladly assist you in this procedure.
